Because everyone is always quick to post negative experiences, I'd like to give a shout out for the excellent customer service I received from Atlas O this week.
Called in an order for some parts on Tuesday. Over the course of the next two days, exchanged a few emails for clarification on some of the parts. Was quickly told what parts were available, what parts had new part numbers and about any increases in price.
Parts shipped today.
If only everything in this hobby was this easy.
Thanks to everyone over at Atlas for helping me and getting my parts out the door!
