Hi All,

I'm looking for four or five pieces of Atlas O-Scale flex track with simulated wood ties. I'm building an Ice House diorama for a small local museum, and I'm willing to pay the price on the Atlas website. It seems Atlas has them back ordered, and I have a deadline of early June. They seem harder to find than hen's teeth!

Thanks, take care,

Artie

Really?????? I had no idea hen's teeth were that hard to find.  LOL  Sorry I couldn't resist.

Join the party.  I don't think anyone has new Atlas 2 rail track in the 40" lengths. You may be able to get it in 10" sections.  I know I've tried to get some (40"ers) for myself.  However, if you look on eBay someone usually has some of the older Atlas 2 rail track in 36" lengths.  You may be able to get some in time for your deadline.

There is a guy who sells there but also has a shop where he sells it for lower cost. He goes by bigdiscounttrains1: http://myworld.ebay.com/bigdis...rksid=p2047675.l2559  I have purchased from him in the past. Nice to deal with.

Jerry,

Thanks for taking the time to post this information!

Thanks, Matt, I guess it's the 208s then. Yes, the handles remind me also of the switch throws on the old Hoboken Shore Railroad, which had a small yard and car-float operation in Hoboken where I grew up in the '50's. They, too, had a short section of street running.

The project is coming together, and I'll have to post some pictures when it's finished.

Take care,

Artie
