I am building a small switching layout using a couple atlas wye turnouts, Will six axle locomotives handle the atlas wyes?

AtlasO wyes are O72.

In 2 rail Atlas O wyes are equivalent to a #5 diverging from tangent which is (from NMRA RP-12.15) roughly 48" minimum radius on the closure rail NOT O72 (36" radius)

I did go to SCARM and laid out in 2-rail both a #5 and a wye. They matched. I'll file that tidbit away; who knows when I might need that into.
