Can someone tell me what the driver wheelbase on the Bachmann On30 4-4-0 is?
Thanks in advance.

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
Hey Rex,
Sorry I did not reply to your post earlier but I saw it as we were leaving to go to the Worlds Greatest Hobby show . I have a Bachmann On30 4-4-0 model #28306 and a rough measurement of the driver wheelbase center to center is 1.25 inches. I hope this helps.

Thanks, Carl!
Are the rwo 4-4-0 locos the same WB?? They sure look different.

I'd be surprised if B'Mann had made two different chassis.
Anyway, according to the Baldwin Narrow gauge catalog, the shortest 4-4-0 wheelbase was 6'9 1/2." So the B'Mann 4-4-0 won't work.
I pulled out my Bachmann On30 locos. There are two different 4-4-0 locos. And the two are very different. WB is close but not the same, the oitside frame version is almost twice the size as the inside frame 4-4-0. The inside frame is more traditional looking loco while the outside frame loco is a bit odd looking to me.
