Bandit meets during York week

I have heard of the bandit meets at parking lots and some motel, hotels during or before York week. I have never been there and was hoping for some info as to when and where they might be held. Perhaps I might find that Gem I am missing. Thanks for any help

Clem's York primer has that info. The October 2016 edition is on the TCA website in the eTrain articles.
