Base not found | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

A friend of mine brought his NKP Berkshire to run with his cab 2 . My system is on channel one and his is channel 5 . His cab 2 will not change channels , it is stuck on Bas not found and will not scroll or anything . Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Typically when you turn the Cab on at another layout is will also display a scan option to find the new base. Does your friends display that?

Also what is his version of Cab2 vs yours?

Yes, it scans and comes up with base not found. Will not come out of base not found to see version.

If it's a 1.2 or earlier, I don't think it'll find a later base.
