Hello all..Thought Id share pics of the Ezra & Papa RR!..Long story short I had rotator cuff surgery Oct 27 and have been Mostly out of work recovering..Been going to do a layout for awhile then this issue..well My wife helped me move stuff and dictated that it be low so my Grandson could be in there and see everything ..so although its not a long term permanent layout its sturdy and so far has been a blast..and expensive. Im a big fan of Woodside billboard reefers so theres a few on there ..The Niagra pulls all Milk cars the J pulls N&W passenger cars now and on top level trackl the Boston and Maine RS-3 pulls beverage cars The middle loop is my grandsons John Deere train outside loop are all 072 inside is 036-060 and top is 031..ways too go yet but he loves it and its fun and relaxing

Very nice, like the "metal" guardrail in the top level
I had the same surgery on October 27. My arm is doing much better but certainly not well enough to build your layout and platform. Good movement and motion but still quite weak.
What is your secret for your incredibly quick recovery?
Stay well and enjoy your Grandson this Christmas.

John .. I think it’s how my injurie was ..the tendon was “worn” in the middle from bone/calcium build up that he removed..it was still connected on both ends so technically I still had the same strength as before .. I’m writing this as I wait to go in to PT.. that said I have a very high pain tolerance and it still hurts some.. I was told it’s the worst surgery to have but it’s been ok for me.. Thank you I enjoy him as often as I can .. Merry Christmas 🎁🎄!
That's a really nice looking Phase III 420 in your profile pic, Snkbittin. Did you do the restoration? I bet that you haven't been using it very much as you recover

This. That's an awesome layout and the guardrail looks clean as can be!
A lot accomplished in a little time.

We've got a '47 B that my oldest and I are resurrecting right now after a 20+ year coma, a '49 a awaiting a flywheel transplant (i.e. decent weather and a bit of a break from work), and a '51 A that handles most of the work right now. None is fixed up, but all are important to us.

Awesome.. I love me the Green! The tractors share the stable with a Factory 5 Cobra and a 2014 Shelby GT500 .. I’d love another B
