Got my Lionel hobo set out this morning that I bought several years ago and ran it for awhile. I havn't run conventional in quite some time. My layout is DCS/TMCC and that is what I've been running for years. Put all my DCS/TMCC locos on sidings, cut power, and went to town in conventional. I had a ball. Brought me back to my early years. In fact, I am going to leave it like this for awhile. I've got some other conventional locos I want to run.  Really did enjoy it!!!  Tom

Very good Tom, I love doing the same thing from time to time. The simplicity of running conventional is fun too. But, if you have a Z4K and can get one of their conventional hand held units you can still walk around your layout just like Legacy or DCS. Of course with DCS you can use one of the variable ports to do the same thing.

It's all cool stuff!
