the other day i went to Tiny Tim's and was looking at o gauge stuff and i found this really cool intermodal car for 45 bucks and i had more than enough cash for it even after buying a 1996 TM books 3rail price guide for $20 and the lionel 2017 RTR catalog for $3
i could've bought that car and saved it until i could run it but didn't buy it because i don't have any o gauge stuff yet now i regret not buying it
i don't know who made it or the product number but here is a description
its a black single unit non articulated well car lettered for the chesapeake and ohio and it has ribbing on the sides like a gondola except for it being a well car and was 3 rail with operating couplers
i have good news though
turns out i was wrong about my dad throwing out my trains
he still saved them for me and when i called him on the 4th of july he said something about sending them to me up here in greenville but the other half of my collection is still with my brother whom i have been unable to contact since mom died and have no idea whether my brother still kept them when he moved to tennesee
