Bill Crippen Bipolar. Where is it?

As an avid Milwaukee Road Collector, for several years I have been searching for a truly unique Standard Gauge Milwaukee Road Bipolar fabricated by Bill Crippen. I told Arno Baars about my quest and for the last few years I had been in conversation with him about the location of this unique MESG locomotive. Several months ago he told me he had located it but wanted to talk to its owner before he told me where it was. Unfortunately, Arno passed before he could pass on the information about the location of the Crippen Bipolar, pictured below.

Does anyone know where it is?
