@Elgaucho : If this area is one of your interests, I would recommend you join us on the "Tinplate Photos" site. You will find a number of clockwork enthusiasts there as well as some real expertise in the early German tinplate like Bing. OBTW just so you don't think I am bragging, I don't count myself in either of those categories. I have no Bing locomotives but here are some of my clockwork.
American Flyer "Hummer" about 1924 (some versions as early as 1918)
American Flyer type 16 die cast about 1923-26
Brimtoy (UK) "Britania" 1950's
Brimtoy "Silver Streak" late 1930's
Dressler (postwar Germany) this one is labeled "Made in Germany, U.S. zone" early 1950's
French Hornby type MO - early to middle 1950's
And of course..."KING" of the wind up train in US , Marx. Marx #4000 Seaboard FM clockwork A unit.
Well that's if for me...best wishes and do come join us on the "Tinplate" thread
