If I understood correctly a member of this forum can block another member I assume in seeing what the blocked person replied to or posted a new topic?

so I was wondering if either there is a way to see how many people block a person without showing whom the members are that enabled that feature?

What's the value.  Seems like blind animosity.

I have never blocked anyone.  The forum policies take care of anything that would bother me anyway.

I would like to know how to un follow someone that you are following.  Have asked before and never got a response.

Go to the the user in question's profile, click the "follow" icon under their name and uncheck all the boxes.  Hit submit.

Ray, I'll be the first to admit that I have used the block feature on just a few forum members. I think you have it backwards.  As far as I have discovered, when a blocked member posts, their text is fuzzed out. At the bottom there is a button to reveal post, so if you're curious, you can still see it. If they start a topic, the first post still shows and is not blocked. Blocking does not hide your posts from them, it hides their posts for you. The only way they don't see your posts is if they block you.

The blocked member does not know that you have chosen to block them. So if you find someone annoying you can kind of filter them out.
