I have a few unpainted brass 2-rail rolling stock items specific to the PRR (F39s, H32, K8, N5C, N8, MOW X23) and don't have the skill or time to develop the skill to paint/decal these models. Plus, given the dollars invested don't want to degrade their value with my lack of skill.
Can anyone suggest a good custom painter, preferably with PRR painting knowledge/experience?

If you really want a no compromise first quality job then Contact Matt Forsythe. This link will get you to him. He's not cheap but he is the very best. He knows Pennsy very well.

I agree with the others. If you want a top shelf paint job Matt is the man to do it.
Another endorsement for Matt. He knows the PRR. His work is as good as I've ever seen. Be prepared to pay for that level and don't be in a hurry and you'll be fine.
