BROUGHT HER BACK TO RIDE THE RAILS AGAIN

Well Mr. Fix everything, I can see why it fell to the floor.  You need bumpers at the end of the Track!!!!

 

Seriously, very impressive rehab, the patient survived only because of your skill.

Pretty awesome that you are capable of such a repair! When I have a layout that is higher than sea-level (off the carpet), I'll use this as a reminder to put plexiglass or other protection around the perimeter.

You were lucky to be able to get replacement parts for the Lionel Y6B. There are some modern Lionel die-cast steam locomotives that Lionel doesn't even have spare parts for

them much less traction tires. Did the locomotive body suffered damage ?

Tiffany, the body only had minor damage. It seemed to land on all the wheels

so the body was pretty much okay. A few scratches.
