First class operation. I finished a C&O cabin (C&O's name for a tower) from BTS a couple of months ago. All the laser cut parts fit perfectly and the instructions were pretty good. Easy to order from and they ship quickly. They make craftsman kits, so some experience with that type of kit is helpful. My finished tower looks great!

I'm very close to completing my third major kit. Excellent kits that develop a lot of modeling skills. IMO, Not a beginner kit. There are small (one nighter) kits that are great for getting your feet wet. Excellent on line support. If I had a problem or question Bill responded immediately.

They are fabulous - very well engineered..... follow the directions and take your time - we built the flag factory and it came out stupendous.....
