Is there definitive information regarding which Legacy features are/are not supported. The catalog states some will be supported. I'm a carpet railroader with only one Legacy diesel and three postwar Electric RR TMCC conversions using original command base, power master and cab-1. Wondering if I should go with the Cab-1L/Base-1L to get some Legacy features on my NYC GP9 or just consider standing pat?

With the CAB-1L and base, you can get the quilling whistle in the Legacy loco. That's about it as far as I know.
I'd stick with what you have for now if you're otherwise happy with it. You can make the jump to the newer systems anytime if you decide to expand.
Roy,
Thanks for the reply. Doesn't seem as if this one added capability is worth a $200 upgrade.
I keep putting off getting Legacy due to the cost and only having one locomotive.

Thanks John,
I think I'll stick to converting Postwar locomotives to TMCC with Electric RR components.
Love running the old stuff with TMCC instead of just conventional with a Powermaster.
