I think that's correct (I always get Silver and Blue mixed up) - more or less in the center of the hall, IIRC. He had an article about his towers in the Quarterly a couple of years ago.
Edit: He was there, just about in the middle of the hall. The article in the quarterly was from the fall of 2019.
