Assuming I don't try to operate both the TMCC controller and the manual controller at the same time, do you know if it would be safe to wire these in parallel?

NOTE: the power supply used to power the Operating Track section CANNOT be used to power the
OTC.
The OTC is just relays, so again, you would just be connecting a switch (the manual controller) in parallel with the OTC relay contacts. One or the other can fire it.
