Dick we will figure out something... I have sets; they are rare as hens teeth no doubt but I can't stand to see you weep..

You might try contacting the Burlington Historical Society. I had some custom made O Scale, black nose stripes & herald for a pair of Williams E7A units. I gave the excess decals to the Historical Society to sell off, and they might still have some.
