Changing wheels on a 671 turbine

I need to change some of the trailing truck wheels on a post war 671 turbine. Can anyone provide advice on how to get the wheel retainer, part 671-85, out and back in?

Use a narrow, thin bladed screwdriver to pry it out, using the bottom of the truck as a fulcrum. Pry a little bit at a time at each axle in turn until it comes out. The retainer snaps back in, again pressing it in a little at each axle in turn.
