I bought this for myself because Santa doesn't know anything about my trains.
My wife bought me a MTH HO Erie Triplex for Christmas. Our train club runs both Ogauge and HO. My home layout is Ogauge. Santa was teally good to me.

Well Santa brought me a set of 6 passenger cars that went with it, yes a couple are duplicates but that's fine. I also got 3 NYC PA-1 and 2 NYC PB-1.
I got my PRR Little Joe from Ebay. Came with a horn and running sounds. Does yours come equipped the same?
Thanks 👍
This is one of the problems with modeling a land-locked line that never had interchange. There's really no more rolling stock I could use that exists to be gotten right now.
My folks sent me a nice check to split with my wife and I bought some Woodland Scenics lighting stuff to light up a couple of structures I hadn't originally thought to do so. But I think maybe I'll hit some hobby shops in Portland this coming weekend with that money, so you just never know!

I got to enjoy ( from another room as not to jinx it) the sound of two teenage boys playing together. They had the O and S Polar expresses around the living room, Harry Potter in the dining room and upstairs winding through 4 rooms the Lone Ranger set I had given the young one years ago that he has not really set up since. Those of you with 2 sons know how rare the sound of them getting along can be!
Recieved this Lemax building from my Grandson...just got it placed on my layout...and I added new signage over the door with his initials as part of the store name too!

The last train related gift I rec'd for Christmas was the Lionel GN Empire Builder Passenger Set in 1992.
Since then, little that I can remember and certainly nothing this year.

Can you share a picture of the 460? I was thinking about getting that engine at some point, and I want to see how it turned out.
Got several train related items, mostly Atlas tank cars, hoppers and zephyr cars. But I also got a Rich Yoder 44-Tonner, and today I tried it out on a test track with my son.
His expression and comment at about the 1:10 mark of the video are priceless!!

Trainman 1225,
I have that same trainshed. Please don't do what I did to it. I left two of the doors closed to one of the stalls with an engine inside. I then closed a toggle switch to an isolated track block, only the block I energized turned out to be the block inside the shed. The engine inside suddenly took off like a rocket and tore the doors off. Luckily I was alone at the time, so no one heard what I said.
Purchased 4-car set of 2530, 2531, 2532, and 2533 for me for a great price. And my great uncle got me the Navy 6017 caboose. Both came from CW Trains. I gave the same great uncle a Polar Express Hot Chocolate car (snow roof version). Grandparents got me a couple 1/32 pull back cars to add to a (permanent) Christmas layout that will be built hopefully soon and a screwdriver set for train repairs.
Everything else I got was non-train stuff and my German cuckoo clock from the repair shop.
I guess I was good this year,Santa brought me a#811 MTH Premier FEF,and a Fabulous ROSS DOUBLE CROSSOVER!!!
I asked the wife for the crossover, she laughed and said I better ask Santa!!!So I did!!!! Ho! ho! ho!!

Got mine a few weeks ago. Hope to get it set up soon. I want to tidy up some wiring first.
