Hi all,
Just curious, how good are they for cutting circular patters for plastruct sheets? I have seen a few OLFA and X-acto to name a few.

Compass cutters work on plastic sheets. They do not always cut cleanly through them. You have to use light and even pressure on them to cut a perfect circle.

Thanks Alan for your input. I just had a thought, I own already a few scribing tools and have used them before would they be adequate for this job? Thanks again.

Just try them out. If they do not work, use a two pointed compass or check out Micro-Mark to see if they still carry a circle cutter. Another source is MCMaster-Carr ( an industrial supplier). They carry actual gasket cutters. They will cut abs and styrene fine but may be a little costly.
