This is a 22" covered bridge.  The design is based on pictures of two covered bridges. One bridge had the arches and the other had the walkway.    The foundations will be made from Scenic Express stone walls.   All wood parts are laser cut.   The roofing is plastruct.  Weathering is brown and black ink/alcohol wash.IMG_1932IMG_1933IMG_1934IMG_1935IMG_1936

Great bridge.  There was an O scale kit made for a bridge outside Lancaster, Ohio by a train shop now closed. I was outbid on one in an auction...l have seen a LOT of bridges, eastern Canada's to Iowa (hope still there after Iowa tornadoes on tonight's news), but have not built a model of one as the only RR ones l know of and have seen are in Vermont. (I think the Tweetsie had some kind of unusual RR covered bridge, but have not seen a good photo of it, if any photo exists?)

Yes there will be stone piers in the center and on the ends.  This is a combination of the arch bridge,  one with a center pier, and one with the walkway.

This bridge is sized for auto traffic.

Rail Scale Models who did the cad drawings and laser cutting may do this as a kit.  It would probably be 22" with one arch and the ends would be the same.

Thank you to all the bridge geeks.  I always like learning more about anything I build.
