I built the Watchdog Generator and put it on the DCS Remote Commander. The instructions with the commander show power being applied to the commander which powers the track. Do I just pull a power supply from the power to the TIU (from the transmitter) and make a parallel connectionon to the track. Or should I connect to the fixed output #2 from the TIU and pull power that way and make a connection to the buss to the power blocks. I'm confused here as you can tell. A simple diagram might help. Thanks, Dennis

Actually, all you have to do is connect the DCS-RC with the WD board to the track from the outputs of the DCS-RC. Whenever that track has power, it'll have continuous WD signals sent every second to keep DCS locomotives dark and silent. No other power is required or desired.
Thanks John. That's what I needed to know. Thanks for all your other assistance on this project.
Update; The watchdog signal generator works as it should and as expected. I did not even have to make any adjustments to it. Not a single conventional startup on the mainline or un-powered siding when powered up. It would be great if MTH incorporated this into their TIU.
I'm not sure why they didn't send periodic WD signals, but I suspect they had a reason, or at least thought they had a reason.
