My dad just gave me a MTH UP RS-27 from 2002. 5 volt.  It was barely used. It has a BCR already plus has been lubed up. Ran for about 10 minutes.  It was sitting at idle then just shut off completely.  Still a very slight power noise from the speaker but everything is dead.

What would be the best way to get it going again? Would like to have direction control.

Any ideas?

Original Post

Replace with a "stacker" PS3/2 board replacement with 5 volt connectors and replace the 16Ohm speaker with a 4 Ohm. https://www.mthpartsandsales.com/shop/search/results

I'm unsure of what diameter and max height speaker that engine used.

And, if you do not have a TIU or access to one for programming.

Much of this was covered in an earlier message. There is good info so read that topic and multiple posts.
