I'm taking a serious look at redoing a section of my empire so I can incorporate the sort of new street items and was wondering if anyone had found some design software for this item to make it a bit easier to figure out if what I think will work, will actually work.
I realize that takes some of the fun out of things, however I would sort of like to be close of the first guess.

I've never used it. Partly my excuse is that I am custom-making the roads out of Atlas flextrack rather than actual 'streets road-track - bending and fitting the track to fit the layout rather than using standard 'streets curve sizes. But a big part is I just enjoy laying out and fitting it by trial and error.

And as you seem to be close to our resident expert on this stuff...downloaded your PDF files a few days ago...just how hard is it to adjust a straight section of this stuff for the proper length if one needs to do so.

Never mind. Seems I found what I needed, just had not realized it when I looked at the 2.5" track package the first time around.
