I looked at some pictures. The screw shouldn’t be a problem. Any Ace Hardware has small screws. The screw looks like it mounts from inside the car. The hard part looks to be the bushing. The screw will tighten tight on the truck. What it looks like you need is a bushing of sorts. One that the screw will pass through with the O.D. close to the hole in the truck frame. When the truck is tightened up. The bushing allows it to pivot. There’s a good picture on the big auction site of one. It should have come with the hardware if new.

I’ve used roll pins at times to make shouldered screws or bushings. They are a pain to cut and square up. But they are cheap and you get a number of shots at getting it right. Just find one the screw will slip through. The other thing you can try is what’s called a tee nut. See if you can get the ones without the prongs in them. Find one that fits the chassis hole and the screw will slip through. The above methods should work and can be fine tuned with washers.
