Plastruct has a number of O scale parts that could be used to build a similar diesel facility.
Their kits are similar to this O scale fuel tanks kit-3014. Many others are made by Plastruct including separate detail parts such as ladders, walkways, etc.

I made my own too. I should have started a company making modern detail stuff. I'm not that adventurous!
HOLY SMOKE!!! I just took a look through the Plastruct site. I believe they can just about cover anything that I will need to build my own.
Enjoy the project. This one is on my to do list also. Looking forward to seeing your photo updates!!

Bumping this for @Mr Union Pacific to get the deets on this ... would love to put together a diesel fueling station of my own. The Rail King items (other than the sanding tower) are impossible to find any longer.

I should know about that Plastruct stuff. I designed most of the kits in the back of the catalog.
