Does anyone know if other than their web site, they are still in business?

Went to their site and got a closed for business message.

I believe the owners name was Dave and he made custom poles for model train layouts.

I purchased about 40 from him about 7 years ago and he made them exactly the way I wanted them via a picture I provided.

I hope he is ok...

Brian,

I don't believe Dave is supplying anymore poles anywhere. I was buying them from Dave for use with our turntables and I know I had purchased the last of his supplies/materials about a year ago. I have since exhausted that. He certainly had the awesome poles for sure!

I'm not sure how or where RCS gets the telephone poles.  When I saw this post I remembered that RCS was selling them after Dave closed down, so I checked the website and posted what I found.

Maybe RCS got the molds to keep making them, I'm not sure.  Since the info is still on their website, hopefully they have them when I get to that point on my perpetual layout build!
