I am thinking about purchasing the Baltimore and Ohio PS 3.O E-6's and I was wondering if MTH does make or will make the E-6's with 2 sets of 4 smoking stacks per A unit?

The only diesel of which I am aware that has two smoke units per engine is the 2500HP Transfer Diesel. However, Premier engines with two powered units always have a smoke unit in each powered unit.
Also, with one exception of which I am aware, the Premier U50C, all of the diesel exhausts on all powered units share the smoke unit's output and are active smokers.
Thank you for the reply Barry. I am guessing since two powered A units with two smoke units in each of them might not be cost effective and to much of a voltage draw with a long consist of lighted passenger cars?
Something like that.
Regardless, a single smoke unit with a device to split the smoke output typically has a very nice, voluminous effect.
I have an AA pair of Railking E8's and they have no smoke units.
Dave,
As I said, "However, Premier engines with two powered units always have a smoke unit in each powered unit."
