Do you have a train car that you have never run?

I have a Rock Island brass caboose that has never turned a wheel. It is a beautiful model!

Last weekend I found two factory sealed boxes in my basement, containing a 6-14552 New York Central F3  A-A set with a matching B unit.  Apparently I bought them in 2002.  I found the original catalog, a 3 page fold out in color that also shows a similar Santa Fe set. They look beautiful.  Trying to decide if I should open the boxes.

I have the Frisco Legacy ABA Set, new in the box and probably over 100 freight cars never opened, but, one day I will Get Around TOIT. In reality, I have many, many items new in the box, never ran, and like I say, This hobby is AN ADDICTION....WOW.

I also have a Lionel D & H Alco PA  A-B-A set, with the matching Lionel aluminum passenger cars, in factory sealed boxes. It was an impulse buy. However, I have no need to run them because I run  Williams D&H PA A-B-A set, with matching MTH D & H aluminum cars.  The Williams set has Tru Sounds. 

In retrospect, it was a mistake to buy the Lionel set, even if it was D & H.
