I have a sd90 mac railsounds 5.0 Engine runs slow only when hooked to transformer . If you turn the odyssey off it runs fine at all speeds .. Runs fine on legacy remote with odyssey .. Is this the main driver board going bad?

Nope, probably normal operation. For conventional operation, Odyssey reserves some voltage to perform the cruise function, so it'll run slower at the same transformer settings with Odyssey on than when it's off.
But it crawls barily moves...
If this is happening in conventional only - I wonder if you have odyssey switched on and its set with a very slow speed?. You need to either switch it off or follow the manuals instructions for turning it off in conventional and then reset it.
I had something similer with my Lionmaster Hudson - I followed the instructions and re-set the cruise to my own preference.

Ah theres a idea
I don't do conventional, except for testing, so I'm not sure what is happening. I've never seen them really crawl, so maybe the reset is an idea.
Same gunrunner my dad is starting to get into the modern o trains and doesn't have a legacy remote yet. I just gonna turn it off till he gets a legacy remote.
