G'day Fine Folk of the Tinplateicus Addictimus family

I was very fortunate ( I think anyway) to snaffle a little bit of Czech History in the form of a 0-4-2 Merkur Freight set ... unfortunately missing the tender but in what looks to be fine operable condition .

I believe this set to be from the period just after the war when Merkur resumed production ( 1947?) and I think they were made for a few years

Any info most welcome

Yep @Dennis Holler

The one and same ... I ended up paying a $10AU Premium on the asking price and I was quite happy with that indeed !! !

Also just scored a prewarO gauge  Marklin carriage off him just now as well  !

If you dont mind the shipping Aussie probably offers very good deals in stuff on the world market as our $ is crappish ..

I found a good Merkur thread on a German forum ( whipped it into google translate for english , it mostly works lol )

or sitepage alone ( untranslated )
