Can you use Fastrack switches when running a DCS system? I have both Wi-Fi and a Commander system. TY

Yes, no problems. If you want to control the FasTrack turnouts by command rather than remote or manual, you would need TMCC/Legacy.
They can be command controlled through the DCS AIU.
That is great news ! I only have the manual 036 turn out at this time .
Using the AIU you will be able to throw turnouts from your remote or the app, if you have Wi-Fi. BUT, you will still need to wire them. Fastrack Command Control switches require no wiring, if you use track voltage; 1 power wire for separate power. Unfortunately, at least for now, the DCS app cannot throw these switches directly.
