So, from a lady in church I know I guy, her husband, who likes to build model RR structures. I invited him to visit my layout and consider making a large hospital building for me. We studied the layout and decided on a corner property.
Some requirements of the design include, at least 10 stories tall, heliport to be included somewhere, the building to have a taller part and a lower wing extending off in one direction, a sign should prominently display the name and type of hospital. I told the contractor he could, in fact should, incorporate his own last name into the naming of the hospital... The entryway should include a half-circle driveway to drop off and pick up patients and somewhere a visible emergency room entrance should be seen.
He is going to sketch out a preliminary 3D artist conception. He will advise me of what materials he'd like to use, how and if we could light this structure, a few other details, and then we can negotiate price.
If you have any advice on how to make this process easier I am all ears.
