First time ever I will contract to build a hospital for my layout. Your input requested.

Try Google "thunderbird hospital", look at the images, it is the most interesting looking in my area.

You might want to google images of Hospitals in Boston if you want a period look.

You could make it into a lunatic asylum for all us 3-railers. 

Oh, wait.  That might be just a little too close to home...

Those are great buildings.  Can we see pictures of them on the layouts of the buyers?  Those layouts must be awesome and I'm salivating to see them.  

Careful Boo Man, you're getting my screen wet! LOL I too would like to see more of those buildings! Scratch builder you have a serious talent!

Love those buildings. Sent a picture of the General Hospital to my builder to stimulate (not copy) his thinking. Thanks for sharing those wonderful pictures.
