rtr is correct.  The TIU does not have the internal components needed to vary the output voltage.  There is an indirect way to be able to control, via the remote, voltage fed to tracks that are powered by a fixed channel.  That is to use a Z4000 transformer with the hard-to-find Z4000 receiver.  The receiver is device to remotely control output voltage from the Z4000.
