National Model Railroad Association Mid-Central Region – Div. 5

Division 5 will be presenting topics on the following “How To’s” of Building a Model Railroad:

Public is welcome! You do not have to be a member to attend this.

Admission is FREE

Basic layout framing, this is your railroad support structure (Benchwork)
Basics of laying Track, including the roadbed
Simple wiring of your layout so you can run your trains
Basics transformer wiring, how to connect your transformer to your track
Basic Scenery: Learn the different types of construction techniques
Model Building - add that station or factory to your layout.

Attend one or all of the topics. Each topic is taught by experienced model railroader.

Bring your questions and take home a wealth of knowledge.

Also visit the operating layouts.

All this and the cost is FREE. Note: Children under the age of 15, must be accompanied by an adult.
