This morning about 7:50 am Fox & Friends had a Train Commerical or a lead

into a segment that had what looked to be a Lionel Polar Express on fast track

under a Christmas Tree.  I remember last year the network had a Christmas

greeting with Toy Trains in Department Store Windows.

It made me feel good to know that toy trains are a favorite with someone

at the news channel.

Merry Christmas.

Growing up with Thomas the tank engine was the **** back in the day (pardon my language) but that seems to be dying out! Now all the people my age (or very few) like the idea of even collecting trains! They're more than model trains. Theyre pieces of history that can last generations! I recently bought a DD40AX diesel at a local train shop that sells O gauge only, and I am not opening it!

As someone who does not celebrate Christmas and ALWAYS uses "Happy Holidays" on his cards, there is NO SUCH THING as a "Holiday Tree".  Ornamented and/or lighted evergreen trees are an acoutrement of CHRISTMAS. Therefore they're CHRISTMAS TREES.
