Fred Lagno's Allegheny Central Railroad - Interview + Layout Tour

Fred Lagno is a lifelong model railroader on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. He has created a beautiful HO layout that features his own railroad the Allegheny Central, while taking inspiration from the railroads of Western Maryland in the late 70's. Fred has captured the story of his layout in a book he authored entitled "Changes". I had the great privilege of sitting down with Mr. Fred to interview him and get a close up look of his railroad in operation. It is a sight to behold and I hope you enjoy seeing it as much as I did!
