Frustrated - Can't Buy Barry's Book

Hi,

 

I went to MTH's website to purchase Barry's DCS O Gauge Companion.  I found out how to order an E copy and to download it as a PDF file.  

 

However, I want the print version.   I was able to order the print version from the MTH's website about a year ago but it appears that this option is no longer available.  The print version was delivered by mail about a week after I ordered it.

 

Barry - You have a wonderful book.  Please give me a link or a way to order another copy of the print version.
