I just got in a 1925 Mack wrecker off eBay, in the box, new, Corgi, that was
supposed to be 1/43..O scale...it ain't. Before I send it back, knowing how hard it is to find good models of steam era vehicles in O scale, and I am sure much harder in S, I thought I'd see if somebody on here could use it. It cost me $14.65 to get it here, so for $10.00 plus shipping to your door, a boxed S scale wrecker for your vintage service station is available. It is white with Baltimore Fire Dept. and "Recovery" markings, which I was going to repaint in a project of doing some trucks for a truck/rail depot I was going to show on here, that was awaiting this one as the last to refinish. This would have served a gas station. Can't use it. Lemme know 'cause back it will go.
