I use them and I like them. The 930s replace the pins connecting the sections. You have to use a degree of care to not break the soldered wire off of the pin. The 931 has a male spade connector. It inserts into the seam on the bottom of the rail.

Given the choice, I prefer the 930s.

I used them with Gargraves stainless. I used the 930's also and would second that you have to use some care not to sever the soldered wire drop from the pin when pushing tracks together. I broke a few, but then got the hang of it and they worked well.  They come with black or white wire drops. I used the black drops for the center rail and the white drops for the outer rails. That made it easy to hook up the wires properly under the table.
