Almost therapeutic, watching all those trains glide around the layout. I really enjoyed that.

Well designed track layout, seems you operate three mainlines, the scenery and commercial building blends well, looking at the track it seems Gargraves was used great track for radiused track.

@Ralph M have you ever posted a layout diagram?  I'd love to see it.  I'm always looking for ideas for my next layout.  I like your varying levels.

Wow, let me wipe up the drool before going on: That is sure a very nice view to have! My 14' x 8.5' gets to be repetitive after a bit, but it is what it is! Thanks for sharing. Nice locomotive stable and I'm sure that is only a portion of it.

Many years ago I posted a track plan representing the way it was at that moment. It's gone through several revisions since. I don't have a diagram of the current layout nor anything to make one with.
