Not big or fancy but lots of room for a town, etc. All K-line Super and Snap Track. 6 K-line (RMT and O-line) 0-31 switches and 2 K-line 0-72. 1 Lionel 0-31.There is a passing siding and 3 shorter stub sidings. My only tain is the WBB Lakeshore Set. It runs really smoothly with my MTH Z-1000 transformer. I used the 80 Watt WBB (Atlas) to power the switches separately. The layout is 39" Wide and 7 ft X 6 ft.

That is very cool.
Looks good Larry, enjoy!
Your layout is looking good
Very nice--should provide lots of indoor enjoyment when the cold weather hits.
Looks great Larry. How's the sound level using the carpet?
Hi Larry:
I use the same track on my layout. All looks great & the photos tell the story.

Sweet! Why are people so worried about the sound? It sounds like a toy train layout. What do you want it to sound like?
Nice going, Larry. The layout looks great!
Atta boy Larry!!
Hi Larry!! Like your rug I use the under carpet sorta foamy stuff it sorta looks like ballast and track and trains run quite smooth over it.
Really like your layout!
I like it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAVE FUN
Brent
Very nice, my track of choice also.
Larry, new layout looking good!
I have used the same track with great results on my last layout.
Next one I will use the same switches as you have.
Thanks for the motivation.

Hey slick, doesn't bother me at all but it might to the person sleeping in the next bedroom. I love the sound of steel wheels on steel rails.
My layout is wired down and screwed up. You went with a better choice.

Very nice Larry. What's your control system, conventional, Legacy...? Can you run two trains at the same time?
Looks good. I like what you've done in a small space!
I used K-Line Shadow rail on my layout.
Really nice Larry!!! Glad you got your layout going.
Bob
Nice small layout. Should keep you entertained. Can't wait to see trains running.
Way to go, Larry! Nice to see you're back into it; I know you'll never regret it. I still am using the trackage I got from you a couple of years ago. K-line made the best O gauge tubular, IMHO...
I really enjoy seeing layouts in small spaces. It brings out creativity and imagination.

Larry,
Nice setup! I'm doing about the same size layout for my Tinplate trains and I'm also using RMT/Kline SuperSnap track and switches.
Looks like the carpet I'm using too... I'd better buy it before it all gets bought up! Seems like you were able to stretch it over the edges without a bump. Any thoughts on that?
I have a few new, still-in-the-box O-31 RMT switches (2L, 2R) if anyone is looking.... bought too many!
Your layout looks good to me. Thank you for sharing. You enjoy it, every chance you get.
To RTR12 Thanks for the original layout plan and the control box.
Eddie M I cut the carpet flush with table edge and used scrap pieces on the vertical edges. That carpet was one 6 ft X 8 ft piece. the layout takes up 42 sq ft.
I am running conventional for NOW.
Thanks to all of you for the kind comments.
Look'in good! See you in March Larry !
I also have a bedroom layout. It has a number of good points: You get to see it at least twice a day. I found that seeing it so often helped me figure out the ideal scenics to fit into the 5x8 space (I did the scenics over a period a year-plus).. It encouraged me to make my bed every day since I might have someone visiting my layout (my wife is not my "maid"). It puts me in a good mood every morning.
You are most welcome Larry. I remember a couple of track plans, but I am drawing a blank on the panel? Glad you like it though.

Very cool.
Looks great Larry. I like the clean look of the gray carpet. I bet that helps keep down the noise as well.
Enjoy it buddy and show us how it looks with some buildings on it.
Thanks, just glad you are able to get some use out if it all. Hope you enjoy it!
