On May 15/2001 I received a tube in the mail from our friend Mike Casatelli that contained a beautiful copy of a water color print of the New York Central J1d Hudson at Cold Spring, NY.

As a member of the LCCA the Hudson is an engine that is close to my heart and I was very happy to receive this gift from a forum friend.

Well, to make a long story short this print layed in my basement waiting for the completion of my layout and now that that day is getting close at hand my wife thought it would make a wonderful wall piece in the train room, so she had it framed for me.

To Mike I would like to say thank you again and be assured your Fathers work will live on and be appreciated in my little train world for as many years as the Lord sees fit.

Oh yea, I will post a picture of it when I finaly get a spot picked out for it.

Again, I would like to say thank you Mike and may you and yours have a very Merry Christmas and many happy New Years to come.

Thanks, it's amazing how a kindness can find it's proper place years after it is first done.

I have a map of the world at the bottom of the stairs to the basement. I think that now that my son is almost through high school and starts college next year it has served it's purpose, so I should have a picture in a few days...
