Had a great time at the show at Harrisburg mall yesterday ,  still going on today.

I got a simple mpc era engine and tender for my younger son, for all of ten bucks.

I found a number of used tinplate items, not in great shape but new to me. there were definitely some deals, and some rip offs of course, to be had.  The only questionable things I saw really were Menards cars that were for sale for a few dollars more then what you can buy them for direct.  Other than that the aisles were wide, the room was nice and there were some cool layouts set up, especially the lego one by PennLUG.  I am kicking myself for the few things I didn't get, but I haven't been to a train show for years and managed to stay within my budget although it would have been very easy to blow right through it.

Had a great time, I hope others do as well.

Great! They're coming out here during the week of Nov 26th and 27th. I try to make it every year. In past years, I've scored on things that I've had my eye on and also saw things that just weren't worth the asking price, unfortunately Lionel, but yes it's hard for me not blow right through my budget, but thank God I only have two arms and I can only carry so much out to the car, that's my deciding factor, which is another reason why I park far, far, away! LOL!!! Glad you had a good time!
