In this video, we take a trip to the layout of my good friend Doug McAlexander for some good old fashion running trains.
Doug's layout is 100% complete and uses MTH's DCS system. There is also a Lionel CW-80 which allows for conventional operations.
In this video we see two of my engines...my Conrail MP15DC and my Erie Railroad L-1 "Angus" 0-8-8-0. A few pieces of my rolling stock also shows up, but the main focus is on Doug's trains.
Seen from his collection are his beautiful Southern Railway Ps-4 Crescent Limited steam engine and EMD F3 A-B-A diesels.
We also get the hear some of the MTH DCS PFA (Passenger/Freight Announcements) on both the Angus and the Ps-4.
