help my SD45 railking stoped on the tracks!

My MTH SD45 stoped dead on the track and and went into uncoupler mode.. does that 5 times and goes quiet.. turn it back on and goes uncouple mode 5 times and goes quiet..train doesnt move...Battery is good..No bad wires neighter..any of you had this happend to you??
