I have an offer pending from a seller in Roxbury, CT and he won't ship. Does anyone live near Roxbury; or is it in your path to York?

Bob: I don't know why your seller won't ship. There are services (UPS for one) who will safely package and ship just about anything. Have you asked the seller why he is reluctant to ship? Bob S.
