Hey Mr., Can you Help me find some spare parts for this Basketcase?

At one of the METCA/NYSME shows, I picked up this "Basketcase" for a song and a dance.

This was probably due to Weaver being out of business and the scarecity of OEM parts. 

Thanks to Bob Lavezzi, the Trucks and couplers are secured. I believe I have a pair of original OEm tank car weights too.

What I am looking for are the Railing stantions in metal- preferably in Brass and maybe a metal ladder for the tank car access manhole on top of the car. I plan to use Piano Wire for the actual railing to make the car more robust to derailments. I also need the Placard holders for the tank car ends. I only have two of the 4 needed for this car.

Can anyone tell me where to go for the railing stantions and metal placard holders?

Yes well I downloaded the Freight car catalog and I do have until 5/4/18 to place my order. However those stations come in various lengths and sizes so it's tough for me to decipher which is the correct station to order. The close to exact Ladders are not listed in that catalog that I could find either.
